How it works
Post the job
What needs doing, a few photos, how urgent it is.
Receive quotes
Tradespeople in that trade and area quote. Your number stays private.
Compare and choose
Price, timing and record side by side. Nothing starts until you accept.
Track the work
Messages, dates and photos stay on the job, not in your texts.
Keep the record
Confirm it is done and it goes into the property’s Passport.
Why not three phone calls and a search?
Finding somebody is the easy part. Atria handles everything after it.
A directory hands you a name
Then you chase the rest by text and voicemail. Atria carries the whole job, and keeps it.
Ten checks behind a badge
Public liability insurance, Companies House, director checks and photo ID. Three more are listed and marked not yet available. Ranking is earned by completed work, reviews and verification — none of it can be bought.
The record stays with the property
A Passport for every property you look after, one or fifty: every job, certificate and photo, ready to print.
Free for customers
Posting, quotes, messages and accepting cost nothing. Tradespeople pay commission on completed work only.
The work itself is a contract between you and the tradesperson you choose — we do not carry out the work and we do not guarantee it. Read the terms.
